Shipping policy

We currently ship across Pakistan.

Standard delivery charges: Rs. 300 flat rate on all domestic orders.

Processing time: Orders are packed and dispatched within [1–2] business days of confirmation. COD orders may require a confirmation call/SMS before dispatch.

Delivery time: Estimated delivery is [3–5] business days depending on your city, via our courier partner(s).

Order tracking: Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via [SMS/WhatsApp/email] to follow your order’s status.

Failed deliveries: If a courier is unable to deliver due to an incorrect address or unavailability, additional delivery attempts or charges may apply.
